CUSTOMER SERVICE

For maps, visitor information and assistance with stores, center hours, gift cards and transportation, visit the Customer Service Center, Level 1, across Centerstage. (808) 955-9517.

ATMS & FOREIGN EXCHANGE

ATMs are located throughout the center: by Centerstage on Level 1, by Sears and Macy’s on Level 2; and by Mai Tai Bar at Ho‘okipa Terrace. Money can also be exchanged at the Travelex Foreign Exchange, Level 2.

WHEELCHAIRS

Manual wheelchairs are available at no cost for those who need assistance. Contact the Customer Service Center for information.

POST OFFICE

A full-service post offi ce is located on Level 1, near Sears.

LOCKERS

Coin-operated lockers are available near Centerstage on Level 1.

STROLLERS

Strollers are available for rent near The Slipper House on Level 1, in the Level 1 parking lot near Curry House, and in front of Thinker Tots (also on Level 1). The rental fee is $5, of which 50 cents is rebated after the stroller is returned.

GIFT CARDS

Newly designed Ala Moana Center gift cards are available for purchase in denominations from $30 to $500 at the Customer Service Center on Level 1. The cards may be used anywhere American Express is accepted. A $3 fl at-rate activation fee is charged for every gift card purchased.
