The series includes a video installation, titled “Dying for the Other,” and her “Anti-Cancer Survival Kit,” an interactive program for those living with the disease and their loved ones. The I Love Poke Festival gives O.C. foodies another chance to indulge. On June 5 , chefs compete to earn the title of best poke, and this year the competition requires culinary pros to use a sustainable seafood product.
