ThE DETaILS With close friends and family in tow, Nicole and Dominic traveled to St. John’s to be wed at Hawksnest Beach. The celebration continued back in Chicago at a Shedd Aquarium reception, where blue-and-white décor, paired with the Shedd’s collection of stunning marine life, served as a reminder of the site of their vows. ThE paRTy From contemporary tunes by the Black Eyed Peas and Lady Gaga to old-school standards played by the Michael Lerich Orchestra, the party was in full swing—ahem, swim—all night. –CG Chuck Share of Weddings, Inc. teamed with BBJ Linens to create dreamy under-the-sea-themed tablescapes. Ronsley Special Events made centerpieces bursting with white dendrobium orchids, roses and hydrangeas. Wedding gifts were dropped in this treasure chest. Bittersweet made the chocolate cake with coral-inspired white icing. Hall’s Rental provided mother-of-pearl tableware. Mr. Dominic and Mrs. Nicole Bellantuono at the groom’s family home in Burr Ridge. Nicole’s dress was from Priscilla of Boston.
